Chocolate-y, gooey, and 39 feet tall. That’s how we like our s’mores.
This summer marked an important occasion for PriceWeber – 50 years in business. We kicked off our anniversary celebration by acknowledging our "sweetest” client, The Hershey Company, and transforming the bell tower outside our Shelbyville Road offices into a public art installation depicting the classic ingredients of a Hershey’s s’more. The transformation came just ahead of National S’mores Day on August 10.
This is just one of several ways we’re honoring our clients, celebrating our employees, and supporting our community over the next several months.
To spread "s’more” love to the community, hosted a cookout complete with the classic campfire dessert for children at The Cabbage Patch, a community center for at-risk youth that we are pleased to call one of our nonprofit clients.
During the cookout, our employees-turned-chefs cooked a feast and taught our guests the art of the s’mores "smoosh” – the move that perfectly melts the chocolate between warm marshmallows and toasted graham crackers. The looks on their faces (and the requests for seconds) were all the reward we needed.
We couldn’t think of a sweeter way to support one of our nonprofit partners and continue to help them share their mission with the community.
And, if you missed National S’mores Day, don’t worry. It’s a special dessert that can be shared with family, friends and neighbors any day of the year.
